Following guidance from federal, state, and local authorities, and out of an abundance of caution, we are closing the Riverside EpiFIT Club until further notice. Federal guidance requests that organizations, specifically including fitness clubs, close for 15 days to minimize the spread of COVID19. We have decided to follow that guidance and will re-evaluate in the days and weeks ahead. Therefore, effective Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 5pm, the Riverside EpiFIT Club will close temporarily.
How long with the EpiFIT Club be closed?
It is unknown how long the EpiFIT Club will be closed. We will closely monitor the guidance of federal, state, and local authorities and open in accordance with their recommendation.
Will I be charged Membership Dues while the EpiFIT Club is closed?
EpiFIT Club members who pay monthly or annual dues have the choice to (a) receive a prorated credit to their member account for the period of time that the EpiFIT Club is closed, or (b) receive a credit at the EpiFuel Bar. Credits will be applied within the month that the EpiFIT Club reopens.
Should the temporary closure extend into a new month, members may elect to freeze their account. Certain restrictions may apply. To learn more, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
How will you communicate future EpiFIT Club updates?
All updates will be communicated via the Riverside EpiCenter website. Major updates will be communicated via email and social media.
How are we responding during this closure?
Though many team members are being encouraged to stay home and abide by federal, state, and local guidance, we have a skeleton environmental services crew that will intensify sanitization measures in all areas of the facility.
