Kidz Klub

By reserving a spot at Kidz Klub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: Kidz Klub is available for children ages 3-13 who are fully potty trained and able to communicate independently.
2. Parental Requirement: Parents must remain inside Riverside EpiCenter at all times while their child is in Kidz Klub.
3. Time Limit: Each child may stay for a maximum of 2 hours per visit (one time per day). Late pickups may result in additional charges or loss of future privileges.
4. Check-In & Check-Out: A structured check-in/check-out process will be followed for security. Only authorized guardians may pick up a child.
5. Registration & Payment: Reservations and payments must be completed in advance through the MindBody app. Drop-ins are allowed based on availability. All payments are non-refundable.
6. Behavior Expectations: Children must follow staff instructions and adhere to Kidz Klub’s behavior guidelines. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early pick-up or suspension from future participation.
7. Snacks: Parents may send snacks with their child. A list of approved snacks will be provided upon registration. Kidz Klub does not provide food or beverages.
8. Liability Waiver: A signed liability waiver is required before drop-off. Riverside EpiCenter is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
9. Health & Safety: If a child shows signs of illness, they will not be permitted to stay. Parents must provide emergency contact information.
10. Program Modifications: Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to adjust Kidz Klub’s hours, policies, and pricing as needed.
