Dance Flow Friday is designed for adults who want to move beautifully without the pressure of competition-style technique. Angelica Alexander of Life is an 8 Count Inc. brings an Expressive Lyrical Jazz experience rooted in feeling over speed, presence over perfection, and strength through vulnerability. The music pulls from the soul catalog — Jill Scott, Maxwell, Brandy, Whitney Houston — and the movement follows every note.

Class runs 60–75 minutes and flows from a grounding warm-up through intentional across-the-floor phrases into a layered combo that builds in confidence as it builds in intensity. No prior dance experience needed. Come ready to breathe, move, and feel every count.
