One rate covers the room and the infrastructure that makes it work. Everything below is part of the base rental, not an add-on.

Base pricing includes the theatre space, full sound and lighting services, the green room, two dressing rooms, one VIP room, use of the box office, the upper pre-function atrium, and the loading dock.
