This policy covers our websites at riversideepicenter.com, recatl.com, and epifitclub.com, along with any other site, landing page, form, or online booking tool we operate. It also covers information we collect in person at our facility, at our events, and through our membership, booking, ticketing, and program registration systems.

1. Information we collect
Summary: We collect what you give us, a limited amount of technical information from your device, and information from the platforms we use to run memberships, bookings, ticketing, and programs.
Information you give us
- Contact details. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Membership information. Membership tier, start date, billing history, check-in records, guest passes, and household or family plan members.
- Health and fitness information. Fitness assessment results, health history questionnaires, trainer notes, injury or limitation notes, and program preferences, where you choose to provide them. We treat this as sensitive information and use it only to deliver the service you signed up for.
- Event and booking information. Event details, guest counts, run of show, vendor lists, catering selections, insurance certificates, and the contact details of people you designate.
- Purchase and transaction records. What you bought, when, and where, including tickets, memberships, food and beverage, arcade and bowling activity, and rentals.
- Program registrations. Sign-ups for EpiSports, leagues, classes, camps, EPIC Farmers Market vendor applications, and community programs, including registrations a parent or guardian completes for a minor.
- Communication preferences. The email and text message topics you have opted in to, and the date and source of that opt-in.
- Survey and feedback responses. Including interest surveys and pricing research.
- Employment applications. Resume, work history, education, references, and, where a role requires it and you authorize it separately, background check results.
- Anything else you send us. Emails, form submissions, comments, and photos or video you share with us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites, we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and general location inferred from your IP address. Our email and text messages may record whether you opened a message or clicked a link. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail and your controls.
Information from other sources
- Payment, ticketing, and booking platforms confirm transactions back to us.
- Social media platforms share limited profile information if you interact with our pages or use a social login.
- Advertising platforms report which ads led to a visit or sign-up.
- Event partners, sponsors, and vendors may share attendee or registration lists where you provided your information to them for that purpose.
Payment card information
Payments are processed by our payment and ticketing providers. Card details are entered directly with those providers, and we retain transaction records such as amount, date, payment method type, and the last four digits of the card. We do not maintain a database of full card numbers or security codes.
2. How we use your information

- Comply with legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory requirements, and enforce our Terms of Use and event contracts
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of our advertising and analytics cookies may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws, and you can opt out of that at any time. See Section 8.

- Event and program partners. If you register through a co-hosted event, sponsor, league, or vendor partner, we may share registration details with that partner for that event or program.
- Security and public safety. Cobb County law enforcement and licensed security personnel working our events, where necessary for safety or as required.

4. Email communications
Summary: You choose which topics you hear about, and you can change that at any time.
We send email about facility news, events, EpiFIT Club, EpiCafe, Entertainment, Events and venue booking, EPIC Farmers Market, CoWork, and REC Live. You opt in by topic, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and a preference center where you can change your topics or opt out of all marketing email.
Transactional messages such as booking confirmations, payment receipts, membership notices, and safety updates are not marketing, and you may continue to receive those while you have an active account or booking with us.
5. Text messages
Summary: Text messages require their own separate opt-in. Giving us your phone number is not consent to text you.
We operate a text message program using HubSpot and 8x8. Here is how it works.
How you join. You provide express written consent by checking an unchecked opt-in box on one of our forms, by texting a keyword we publish, or by submitting a paper or in-person form that includes our text message consent language. The opt-in box is never pre-checked, and it is never bundled with our email opt-in. Providing your phone number for a booking, membership, purchase, registration, or inquiry does not enroll you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy a membership, book an event, register for a program, purchase tickets, or use any part of our facility.
What you get. Depending on the topics you selected, messages may include event announcements, schedule and program updates, offers, membership news, and facility notices.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the topics you selected and what is happening at the facility.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply, and we do not charge for the messages themselves.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@riversideepicenter.com or (678) 903-5480.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable method, including replying with words such as "unsubscribe," "cancel," "end," or "quit," or by calling or emailing us. We process opt-out requests promptly and in no case later than ten business days after we receive them. Opting out of text messages does not affect your email subscriptions or your membership.
Carriers. Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age. Our text message program is for individuals 18 and older.
Your mobile information. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the vendors that deliver messages on our behalf, under contract, for that purpose alone.
6. Photography, video, and filming on site
Summary: We photograph and record at our facility and events, and those images may appear in our marketing.
We and our authorized photographers and production team capture photos, video, and audio at our facility, classes, leagues, programs, and events. By entering the facility or attending an event, you consent to being recorded and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your likeness and voice in our marketing, promotional, editorial, training, and archival materials, in any medium, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.
If you prefer not to be featured, tell a staff member or photographer on site, or email us at info@riversideepicenter.com with enough detail to identify the image. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request and to remove the image from materials we control going forward. We cannot recall materials already printed, distributed, or reposted by others.
Guests who host private contracted events, and clients filming productions at our facility, are covered by the terms of their event contract and location agreement rather than this section.
Our facility uses video surveillance for security purposes.
7. Minors and youth programs
Summary: We do collect information about minors, because we run youth programs. A parent or legal guardian provides it and controls it.
Our facility serves families, and several of our programs are built for young people, including youth and student membership access, EpiSports, leagues, camps, and clinics.
- A guardian registers, not the minor. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration, waivers, and account setup for any participant under 18, and must consent to that participant's information being collected and used as described in this policy. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account, purchase a membership, or register themselves.
- What we collect for youth programs. Participant name, age or date of birth, grade or division, school, guardian contact details, emergency contacts, and health, allergy, or medical information relevant to safe participation. Program staff use it to run the program, group participants appropriately, and reach a guardian in an emergency.
- Children under 13. We collect information about children under 13 only from a parent or guardian, in connection with a membership, program, or event they are enrolling the child in. Our websites and online forms are directed to adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
- Marketing. We do not send marketing email or text messages to anyone under 18. All communication about a youth program goes to the guardian on file.
- Kidz Klub. Kidz Klub is a supervised play program for members. It is not a licensed childcare or drop-off service. A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises for the entire time a child is in Kidz Klub. We collect the child's name, the guardian's name and contact information, and check-in and check-out records.
- Photography. Youth programs and family events are photographed as described in Section 6. Guardians who prefer their child not be featured should notify staff on site or contact us.
- Sharing. Youth program information is shared with our registration platform, program staff and coaches, and league or partner organizations where a program is co-hosted or where league play requires a roster. We do not use youth program information for advertising.
Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing info@riversideepicenter.com.
8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Summary: We use cookies and similar technologies, and you can control the non-essential ones.
Details about the cookies and tracking technologies we use, the categories they fall into, and how to manage them are in our Cookie Policy.
Opt-out preference signals. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of personal information.
Do Not Track. Most browsers offer a Do Not Track setting, but there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Use our cookie banner controls, the Global Privacy Control, or the industry opt-out tools listed in our Cookie Policy instead.
9. How long we keep information
Summary: As long as we need it, then we delete or anonymize it.
We keep personal information for as long as you have an active relationship with us, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and dispute resolution requirements. In general:
- Marketing contact records: until you opt out, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again
- Membership, billing, and event contract records: for the length of the relationship plus the period required for financial, tax, and insurance purposes, generally at least seven years
- Program and league registrations, including youth programs: for the program season plus the period required for insurance and liability purposes
- Security video: for a limited retention window, after which it is overwritten.
- Employment applications: for the period required by applicable employment record-keeping rules
10. How we protect information
Summary: We use reasonable safeguards, and no system is perfect.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, vendor agreements, and reliance on established platforms for payment, membership, and registration processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us at info@riversideepicenter.com.
11. Your privacy rights
Summary: You can ask what we have, correct it, get a copy, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it
- Get a copy in a portable format
- Correct inaccurate information

12. Links to other sites
Our sites link to third-party sites and tools, including ticketing pages, registration portals, partner sites, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Job applicants
If you apply for a role with us, we use your information to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and, if you are hired, to onboard you. Background checks, where a role requires one, are conducted with your separate written authorization. Applicant information is retained as described in Section 9.
