Majic ATL's own Jackie Paige leads this Hip-Hop & R&B Cardio Dance class inside EpiFIT Club. Expect a full-body workout set to the music you already love, with energy that carries you through the whole session.
No experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome. Wear something you can move in, bring water, and enjoy free parking on-site.
