Venue Policies

The rules and requirements for every event, production, and rental at our facility.

On This Page

Last Updated July 29, 2026

Effective date: July 29, 2026

Please read these policies and procedures carefully. Riverside EpiCenter, LLC is referred to below as Riverside EpiCenter or EpiCenter, and the party renting the space is referred to as the Lessee or the client.

These policies are incorporated into every rental agreement. Where a signed contract or Banquet Event Order conflicts with this document, the signed document controls for that event.

Activities

Riverside EpiCenter may be used for meetings, conferences, productions, banquets, training, parties, and similar uses that are consistent with building functionality and the quality of the facility. No use may be made of Riverside EpiCenter that would constitute a violation of federal, state, or local law or ordinance. Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a proposed use falls within its allowed activities.

Addendum invoices

Addendum documents may be issued to reflect additional services requested by the client through a member of the events or sales team. All addendum invoices must be paid in full a minimum of fourteen (14) business days prior to event load-in.

Administrative service fee

Effective June 20, 2018, any event hosted in or with Riverside EpiCenter carries a non-refundable administrative service fee attached to the grand total of the event as listed on the contract. This fee covers various administrative and merchant-related costs paid by Riverside EpiCenter, LLC. It is mandatory and may not be waived for any reason.

Alcohol

General

Riverside EpiCenter does not sell alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is permissible for private contracted events, but all alcoholic beverages must be delivered during rental hours in sealed containers, and any unconsumed alcohol must be removed by the end of the event. Riverside EpiCenter employees and contractors are not permitted to handle or consume alcoholic beverages on Riverside EpiCenter grounds.

Service requirements during private contracted events

The Lessee must purchase the Beverage License Access Fee and use the licensed and insured bartending company required by Riverside EpiCenter to provide alcohol service for all private events. All events with alcohol require at least one security detail officer, provided by Riverside EpiCenter, per 100 guests. Alcohol that is not approved in advance may result in cancellation of the event.

All state and local alcoholic beverage laws and ordinances must be followed while on the premises. It is unlawful to serve or sell alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

Food requirement

Alcohol must be consumed alongside food service, either as a reception or a seated meal.

Permitted hours

Alcohol may only be consumed during the following hours:

Day Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:55 AM
Sunday (with Sunday Sales License) 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM Monday

Only patrons 21 years and older may consume alcohol. Guests must present a valid form of identification to be served: a state driver's license, military identification, passport, or state-issued identification card.

Guest conduct and liability

The Lessee assumes all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities for the actions of their guests while on or off Riverside EpiCenter property. Alcohol consumption is not permitted outside the EpiCenter, including parking lots, loading docks, and building exits.

Riverside EpiCenter management reserves the right to remove any person, whether Lessee, guest, or outside vendor, who does not comply with these policies and procedures. Management will take any actions necessary to ensure safety, maintain the reputation of the facility, and protect its integrity. All guest conduct during event hours is overseen and interpreted by Riverside EpiCenter security and the on-duty Cobb County police officer.

Liquor liability insurance

In addition to the Certificate of Insurance required for the bartending company, Riverside EpiCenter recommends that the Lessee also provide a liquor liability Certificate of Insurance listing Riverside EpiCenter as an additional insured for the duration of the event. The Lessee may purchase liability insurance from theeventhelper.com.

Police officers must be present from the opening of the bar to the close of the event. See Security for officer requirements and rates.

Animals

With the exception of service animals, animals are not allowed without prior approval.

Audio and visual

Lessees holding events that require audio or visual setup must use the Riverside EpiCenter A/V equipment. All equipment requests must be pre-arranged and paid for in advance. Riverside EpiCenter is a full-production venue, and all audio-visual equipment and operations must be handled exclusively by the Riverside EpiCenter production team.

Should the Lessee require an outside audio-visual vendor, the company must be approved by the Riverside EpiCenter A/V department, be properly licensed, and provide proof of insurance. Compatibility with EpiCenter equipment is not guaranteed, and confirmation must be made with the EpiCenter at least 30 days in advance.

Riverside EpiCenter also offers an audio-visual buy-out option ranging between $5,000 and $10,000, depending on the event type.

Balloons

Helium balloons and other inflatable items that could rise to the ceiling are prohibited. Air-filled balloons are permitted for decorations such as balloon arches.

Banners, wrapping, and hanging items

The use of tape, wire, staples, tacks, glue, and similar items is prohibited. No items may be attached to any part of Riverside EpiCenter without written approval.

Event-related banners may be hung only with prior written approval and only by Riverside EpiCenter personnel. Banners that cannot be hung safely and without causing damage will not be approved. Outside banners must be pre-approved at least 30 days in advance and are placed and removed on the day of the event by Riverside EpiCenter personnel.

Banquet Event Order (BEO)

The Banquet Event Order is the final written agreement outlining all aspects of the event, including food and beverage, audio and visual, room setup, staffing requirements, and other event services. BEOs must be finalized at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after final payment or BEO finalization may incur additional charges.

Billing

Final payments are due thirty (30) days before an upcoming event. Events booked within thirty (30) days of the event date require full payment at the signing of the contract.

Billing payments

All events are confirmed only with a signed contract and a booking deposit of 50% of the contracted total, unless direct billing has been pre-arranged, approved, and paid. Payments may be made by ACH, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), or money order. For events less than thirty (30) days away, money orders are not accepted and full payment must be made using another accepted method.

Box office

Riverside EpiCenter provides ticketing services. The renter may instead sell tickets through their own system, in which case the renter is responsible for securing the monies and the staffing for box office sales before and during the day of the event.

Cake service and utensils

Riverside EpiCenter provides utensils for catered food only. Clients may bring cake from a licensed retail bakery of their choice. Cake plates, utensils, and any additional items needed for cake service must be provided by the client.

Cancellation policy

Riverside EpiCenter is committed to standing by contracted relationships and being available to clients at the requested event time and in the requested event location. The decision to book an event eliminates the option to book the same event space and date with other clients. Riverside EpiCenter does not intentionally overbook or oversell event space, so maintaining contracted agreements is critical to sustainability. Just as Riverside EpiCenter is expected to uphold its contracted responsibility, clients are also accountable to their contracted obligations.

There are occasions, however, when plans need to change. When such a need arises, Riverside EpiCenter aims to be flexible in a way that works for both parties. Depending on the timing of a change request, the contracted items that require modification, and the work already invested at the time of the request, a modification to the contract may be granted with a change fee. This policy and the change fee schedule are intended to provide guidance and preserve the relationship between Riverside EpiCenter and its clients. Events that occur over multiple days or multiple weeks may require a different arrangement.

All cancellations require written confirmation to be deemed received. The date received is used as the date of cancellation.

Security deposits are refundable upon cancellation of the contract only if all room rental fees have been paid in full.

Change fees are listed under Special fee considerations.

Catering and food and beverage

Effective September 1, 2024, the Lessee is required to use Riverside EpiCenter as the event's full-service, licensed and insured caterer.

All catering services for events must be provided exclusively by the in-house catering team. Outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited, with the exception of cake and cupcakes, unless prior written approval has been granted.

Catering selections must be confirmed and a deposit received within 72 hours of receiving the menu, following confirmation of the rental space.

Catering equipment provided

The catering kitchen is equipped with two warming boxes, one commercial refrigerator, one commercial freezer, one ice machine, and two sinks. The Riverside EpiCenter kitchen is used for warming and chilling food only. Cooking is not allowed on site.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

A Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage, listing Riverside EpiCenter, LLC as the additional insured and certificate holder, is required for all events held in the DCB Performing Arts Theatre or the Grand Ballroom, and for any other event where Riverside EpiCenter requires one.

The COI must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of executing the contract or agreement, unless otherwise stated in writing. Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to review and reject any invalid or non-compliant COI.

Failure to provide a valid COI within the required timeframe will result in event cancellation, and all applicable cancellation fees will be assessed.

Children

Children 17 and under are not allowed to be unattended in the EpiCenter. Adult supervision is required for all children at all times.

Client behavior and conduct

Throughout the event, clients are asked to act in a professional and non-abusive manner toward all Riverside EpiCenter staff. Disrespect toward Riverside EpiCenter event staff or the production team will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate ending of the event and a requirement to exit the facility.

Riverside EpiCenter encourages a patient, safe, productive, and professional working environment at all times, and holds its own staff to the same standard. Should a client have a disagreement with a team member, that team member is to inform their manager immediately and will not engage in unprofessional behavior with the client.

Concessions

Riverside EpiCenter reserves the exclusive right to sell and manage in-house concessions, including food, beverages, and snacks, during events held on the premises.

Riverside EpiCenter may offer pre-paid customized concession packages or services for events upon request. All such requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Customization and flexibility

Riverside EpiCenter understands that each event is unique, and some flexibility can be offered in meeting the food and beverage minimum. Event organizers are encouraged to discuss specific requirements or modifications with the Riverside EpiCenter sales team well in advance of the event date.

Decorations

Glitter, confetti, streamers, birdseed, natural floral petals on the floor, and helium balloons are not allowed in the EpiCenter. If clean-up of these or similar items becomes necessary, a fee equal to the cost of the clean-up, repair, or replacement, and in no event less than $250, will be added to the final bill. The fee is determined by Riverside EpiCenter.

The fire code and the fire department strictly regulate the use of candles in an assembly area such as Riverside EpiCenter. Any use of candles must receive approval from the fire department and meet all fire code requirements. Votive candles in a hurricane lamp and floating candles require pre-approval by event staff. No open-flame candles will be approved.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required and included in the grand total of the contract agreement. The amount is based on the rental space and safeguards against potential damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of contract terms during the event.

The security deposit is not considered refundable until the grand total of the event has been paid in full. Any costs exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the Lessee at the time the damages or losses are assessed. Riverside EpiCenter is not required to provide vendor quotes for any charges classified as damages on the resulting invoice.

Space Refundable damage deposit
Bowling Alley, The Cave (Arcade), Board and Teleconference Room $100
Co-Motion $300
Grand, Jordan, or Nile Ballroom; Event or Entertainment Atrium $500
Theatre $1,000 to $2,500 minimum, varies based on production needs

Additional terms:

  • Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to hold the damage deposit until the event space or spaces have been inspected by Riverside EpiCenter personnel.
  • Any additional charges for services or equipment requested on the event day that remain unpaid may be deducted from the damage deposit, and additional fees may apply.
  • If the terms of the contract agreement or these policies and procedures are violated, Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to withhold any portion of the damage deposit.
  • All refunds are disbursed to the original form of payment.
  • A load-in inspection and a load-out inspection are both required for eligibility for the return of the damage deposit. If no load-out inspection is conducted, the deposit will be withheld.

Direct billing

Direct billing can be established for new commercial accounts following submittal of the initial deposit and pending approval of a credit application. All direct billing accounts require an approved credit application to confirm their event, 90 days before the event. Direct billing payments are due within 30 days of the billing date. A late fee of 1.5% will be assessed for every 30 days a payment is late.

Groups requesting state tax exemptions must submit a copy of their tax-exempt certificate 90 days prior to their scheduled function. Only payments made by the tax-exempt group are exempt from paying taxes. A purchase order is required at least 14 days in advance.

Event Request Form (ERF)

The Event Request Form is the basis for the contract. It must be completed and returned to Riverside EpiCenter personnel to start the contract process. The ERF allows Riverside EpiCenter to provide pricing and availability, and it must be returned before the contract can be executed.

Event details and deadlines

The Lessee is required to provide the event manager with the tentative run of show, script, lighting cues, and A/V equipment requests fourteen (14) business days prior to the event.

The Lessee is required to give the event manager the final confirmed number of staff requested fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. Staff requests include the total number of ticket takers, ushers, security guards, stagehands, and A/V technicians. Any additional staff needed may be provided at an additional cost to the Lessee. Staffing requirements are at the discretion of the event manager. If additional staff is required by the demands of the event, the additional cost will be charged to the Lessee.

All events in the Ballrooms, Theatre, and Co-Motion require a walk-through visit for final confirmation. This visit should include every vendor contracted for the event. During the visit, EpiCenter personnel confirm all previously discussed details and create the floor plan the EpiCenter will use to set up the event. This visit is requested at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

Event space setup and breakdown

Riverside EpiCenter sets up chairs, tables, and equipment as specified in the Banquet Event Order and diagram, and all setups must be pre-approved by the Lessee. Any major event-day changes to the setup will incur additional fees.

The EpiCenter provides tables and chairs appropriate for the room and capacity booked. Additional items and upgrades may be rented through the EpiCenter for an additional fee. Rentals from outside vendors must be set up by the client or their designated party, as the EpiCenter is not responsible for outside vendor setup.

All furniture, tables, booths, and equipment must remain in their preset or pre-approved positions. Lessees and their guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any items. All outside vendors must be licensed and insured and must provide documentation to Riverside EpiCenter no later than 14 days prior to the event. The Lessee is responsible for all damage to furnishings, equipment, or property that occurs during the event.

Exhibitor and vendor tables

Exhibitor and sponsor tables require additional fees. An exhibitor table includes one black table linen and two chairs. Exhibitors may begin setup at the start of their contracted event rental time and must be fully set up prior to the start of the event.

Table reservations are first come, first served due to space limitations. Riverside EpiCenter cannot guarantee product exclusivity, but the venue will honor written policies from companies that restrict duplicate representatives at the same event. In such cases, preference is given to the exhibitor who submits payment for their table first.

Filming and production

The Lessee is required to provide a signed location agreement at the time of contract. The location agreement must reflect jurisdiction within the State of Georgia, specifically Cobb or Fulton County. All production activities must adhere to state and local laws and to Riverside EpiCenter policies, including safety and noise regulations. The Lessee must provide proof of liability insurance covering filming or production activities, listing Riverside EpiCenter as the certificate holder.

For all other production events, only one camera is permitted for behind-the-scenes purposes.

Food and beverage minimums

Space Food and beverage minimum
Grand Ballroom $1,800 to $7,800
Nile Ballroom $1,200 to $6,000
Jordan Ballroom $800 to $4,800

Event organizers are required to settle the food and beverage minimum, including any additional charges, in full prior to the start of the event. Failure to meet the minimum requirement may result in access restrictions or cancellation of the event.

The minimum is calculated on total food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases before taxes and service charges, and does not include additional fees such as audio-visual rentals or outside vendor charges. Charges from in-house catering and in-house restaurant services apply toward the minimum, and the Beverage License Access Fee is applied toward satisfying it.

Food sampling, retail, and vendors

  • Any product sold for off-premise consumption must be packaged to discourage on-premise consumption.
  • All persons dispensing products must hold proper food handling permits for Cobb County, Georgia.

Force majeure

If the EpiCenter becomes unavailable as a result of fire, flood, or other unforeseen conditions beyond the control of Riverside EpiCenter, the EpiCenter will notify the Lessee as soon as possible and will keep the Lessee advised as to the feasibility of using the contracted space on the reserved date.

If the EpiCenter cannot be made available on the contracted date as a result of fire, flood, or other conditions beyond its control, the liability of the EpiCenter is limited to a refund of 100% of the deposits and payments made to the EpiCenter to date. The EpiCenter will not be held liable in any such event for consequential damages sought by caterers, musicians, other vendors, or other persons or entities operating independently of Riverside EpiCenter.

Late fees

Total unpaid charges incur a late payment fee of 5% daily. The fee begins at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the date payment is due, and is payable upon execution of the revised invoice using an accepted method.

Direct billing accounts are subject to the separate late fee described under Direct billing.

Liability

The Lessee shall defend, indemnify, and hold Riverside EpiCenter harmless from all losses, costs, and expenses arising out of any liability or claim of liability for injury to persons or damage to property claimed to have been sustained by reason of any act or omission of the Lessee or any of the Lessee's officers, agents, employees, guests, patrons, or invitees. The Lessee shall pay and be liable for any injury to persons and damage to property of Riverside EpiCenter, and for loss or theft of such property, done or caused by such persons.

Load-in and load-out

The Lessee's contracted time block includes load-in and load-out times. The Lessee and event vendors have access to the event space beginning at the contracted start time and must be completely loaded out by the contracted end time. This includes all event guests, staff, vendors, and equipment brought in by the Lessee. Any changes to the contracted time block must be recorded in an addendum.

During the load-in process, the Lessee or a person approved by the Lessee is required to complete an arrival inspection prior to setup and a departure inspection at the completion of the event. The load-out inspection must be completed for the Lessee to be eligible for return of the security deposit.

Misuse of the facility

Riverside EpiCenter retains the exclusive right to approve any performance, exposition, or entertainment. Riverside EpiCenter may refuse or cancel anything that may be offensive to public morals, creates a hazard to the public or to the EpiCenter, fails to substantially meet its advertising claims, or violates the event, content, or other restrictions originally agreed upon by the parties. In such a case Riverside EpiCenter may immediately cancel the contract, remove the Lessee and their invitees or patrons, and close the premises.

Misuse of the facility, unruly or illegal behavior, failure to observe posted signage, or failure to obey any portion of the provisions contained in this document or the rental contract constitutes a breach of contract. It may result in actions against the renter including, but not limited to, cancellation of the rental period, immediate dismissal or removal from the facility, forfeiture of a portion or all of the deposit or other funds already paid, additional fees or charges, and legal action.

Music and entertainment

All entertainers, including bands and disc jockeys, are required to notify EpiCenter staff thirty (30) days prior to the event of any equipment type, electrical setup, and requested delivery schedule.

The EpiCenter is not required to provide equipment or setup for bands or DJs, including backline, microphones, electrical tape, and stages. These items may be requested by the Lessee at an additional cost. It is the responsibility of the band or DJ to use floor protection approved by the EpiCenter under their equipment during load-in, performance, and load-out. All load-in and load-out must be done through the EpiCenter loading dock.

The EpiCenter reserves the right to prohibit any equipment requiring more power than a standard electrical outlet provides, and any equipment the EpiCenter believes is inappropriate. DJs are limited to two speakers, one microphone, two turntables, and four-channel mixers.

When multiple functions are held at the EpiCenter at the same time, music and entertainment must be offered in a manner that causes no interference with other users. At no time may noise from music or entertainment provided by the renter spill onto, or be audible from, outside the EpiCenter.

Overtime rate

An hourly charge of $600.00, plus labor overtime, is added to the final bill for every hour or portion of an hour beyond the contracted rental hours. All final overtime charges are charged to the card on file at the end of the event.

Parking

All Lessee guests, agents, invitees, and vendors must park in designated parking areas in the Riverside EpiCenter parking lot. Parking is free. All fire lanes must remain open.

The Lessee and their agents may not use a reserved space or parking area to sleep or to lodge animals. Overnight parking of motor homes, travel trailers, and campers is prohibited.

Photography and videography

Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to take photographs of rental events for its own records and for future advertising and promotional use. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Posters and signage

Posters and signs must be mounted on easels or other individual displays approved in advance by EpiCenter personnel, and may not be affixed in any way to Riverside EpiCenter surfaces, including by leaning against wall surfaces. No items may be affixed to any wood or glass surface at any time.

Room rental deposit to secure space

A room rental deposit is required to confirm all events, unless direct billing has been approved. Riverside EpiCenter reserves space up to 2 years in advance.

The room rental fee varies depending on the space, time, and day of the week selected. The required deposit is typically 50% of the event total. Events booked within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please contact Riverside EpiCenter personnel for the actual room rental fee amount required for your event.

Security

Riverside EpiCenter is a privately owned and operated venue. It is a facility requirement that either an off-duty Cobb County police officer or Riverside EpiCenter security personnel provide event security.

Cobb County police officers are mandatory for events where alcoholic beverages are provided and where attendance is over 100. The Lessee pays the fee per officer, per hour, as determined by Riverside EpiCenter and stated in the BEO or contract. Officers begin duty as soon as alcohol is served and stay for one hour past the end of alcohol service.

One officer is required per 100 guests. For every additional 100 guests, one extra officer is required, with a four-hour minimum per officer. Riverside EpiCenter bills police officers according to the estimated guest count provided by the client. The guest count includes all staffing, models, actors, dancers, performers, and anyone else participating in the event.

Officer rates:

  • An officer charge of $260 per officer for a minimum of four hours, plus $65 per additional hour.
  • An hourly rate of up to $75.00 per hour per officer when security is booked with the contract.
  • An hourly rate of $85.00 per hour per officer when security is purchased less than 30 days before the event, unless otherwise approved by Riverside EpiCenter management.

If, in the sole judgment of Riverside EpiCenter, additional security is needed to maintain order due to the size or nature of the event, Riverside EpiCenter will arrange additional Cobb County police officers or its own security personnel at an extra expense to the event.

The security fee must be paid by the Lessee 30 days prior to the event. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation of the event. If security needs to be adjusted during the event, Riverside EpiCenter will charge the client's damage deposit on file to settle the charges. If charges exceed the damage deposit, the client is responsible for making all additional payments before any ticket sales or partnership funds are released.

By entering or leaving Riverside EpiCenter, all persons and vehicles consent to a physical search. All persons carrying briefcases, purses, packages, or any other objects or items consent to inspection while on the premises.

Shipping and receiving

Packages are accepted 24 hours prior to your event. Riverside EpiCenter reserves the right to limit the number of packages received and is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. Please mark all boxes clearly and label them as follows:

Riverside EpiCenter
135 Riverside Pkwy SW
Mableton, GA 30168
Hold For (contact name), (group name), (arrival date)

Riverside EpiCenter does not provide storage. All decorations, props, rented furniture, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of an event.

Special arrangements must be made in advance for any shipment arriving more than 24 hours prior to your event. Return shipping for all items is the Lessee's responsibility. Merchandise must be picked up within 24 hours of the completion of the event. Riverside EpiCenter does not have forklifts or equipment to unload equipment from delivery trucks.

Smoking

The use of tobacco products is not allowed in any part of the EpiCenter. Smoking is permitted only outside the main entrance and the Bronner Center and Conference Center entrances, and in no other location.

Special fee considerations

  • Depending on the event type and attendance, a damage and clean-up deposit of up to $2,500 may be assessed to the client.
  • Event changes or modifications within one hundred twenty (120) days of the event start date that do not result in a cancellation are subject to a $250 change fee per occurrence.
  • A date change must be submitted in writing and must include the newly proposed date. The new date must fall within one year of the original date. A change fee of $250.00 accompanies any date change. For multi-day events, a change fee is charged for each day of the event.
  • For ticketed events and vendor events, event fees may include up to 15% of the gross revenue generated by the event, including vendors, food, and beverages, or a flat fee, or a combination of the two.
  • Ticket fee revenue is negotiated in the contract. Where applicable, the fee percentage along with documentation of all revenue generated by the event must be submitted by the client within one week of the conclusion of the event, or be subject to an additional 6% late fee.
  • Operational support fees, including event staff, custodial, environmental, fire official, and law enforcement or public safety and event security, are based on the size and scope of the event.

Staff assistance

Riverside EpiCenter personnel are present throughout your event. Please do not hesitate to contact them with any question or problem. EpiCenter personnel are in charge of the EpiCenter during your rental and will enforce the policies and procedures as stated in the contract.

Table sizes and linen

Table linens are required for events held in the Ballrooms, the Theatre, and the Conference Center Atrium. Plastic table covers are not permitted. Events in the Co-Motion room also require table linens, except for children's birthday parties.

Recommended linen sizes by table type:

Table Linen size Seats
72" round 132" to 136" 10 to 12
60" round 120" 8 to 10
8 ft rectangle 90" × 156"
6 ft rectangle 90" × 132"

Ticket sales

The privilege and right to sell tickets for events held at Riverside EpiCenter is extended only to those who have successfully contracted their event with Riverside EpiCenter and our sales team. Beginning to sell tickets before a contract and deposit are in place is a strict violation of these policies and procedures, and is grounds for event denial and for cancellation of all platforms being used to sell tickets to the uncontracted event.

Valet parking

Valet parking can be provided by Riverside EpiCenter for an additional fee. Please contact the EpiCenter for details.

Vendors

The Lessee may use any decorator, rental company, florist, photographer, videographer, or entertainment provider. All outside companies must be licensed and show proof of insurance.

It is the responsibility of the Lessee to provide a copy of these policies and procedures, and of the contract, to hired vendors so they are familiar with the EpiCenter rules. If damage is caused or rules are broken by hired staff, the Lessee is responsible. Charges will be deducted from the Lessee's damage deposit, and any additional fees will be billed and due the following business day.

Wi-Fi use

Riverside EpiCenter provides a complimentary wireless internet service for its guests. See our Terms of Use for the conditions that apply to it.

Acknowledgment

By signing this document or the rental contract, the Lessee agrees to honor each of these policies and procedures. Failure to do so means the Lessee forfeits a portion or all of their event charges or damage deposit. If any or all of the deposit is withheld, the amount is determined at the discretion of Riverside EpiCenter associates and the general manager.

The Lessee understands that they are ultimately responsible for the actions of any agent working on their behalf, any guest invited on their behalf, and any other party in attendance at their event.

This document is updated and modified at the sole discretion of Riverside EpiCenter, LLC.
