Non-Profit and Gala Venue
near atlanta

Award galas, fundraisers, ministry banquets, and donor dinners. In-house kitchen, staging and sound for the program, and quotes built around the number you have to hit.

Why Non-Profits Book Here

Every Dollar Has a Job

We host over 150 non-profit and gala events yearly. Riverside EpiCenter is a 113,000 square foot event venue in Mableton, minutes from Atlanta, and our team knows the pace, the stakes, and the budgets that mission-driven organizations work against.

Catering, service staff, audio visual, and setup all come from our own team, which puts fewer vendor markups between your budget and the room. Tell us the number you have to hit and we shape the service style and the menu around it, rather than sending back a proposal you cannot use.

Staging, podium, house sound, and screens are in the room for the program, the honorees, and the appeal, with atrium space at the entrance for registration and silent auction tables. Every room, setup, and starting rate is listed on our event spaces.

  • Award Galas
  • Fundraisers
  • Church & Ministry Banquets
  • Donor Dinners
  • Community Events
  • Sponsor Receptions
  • Volunteer Appreciation
All Under One Roof

Everything In-House

Catering, setup, and coordination are handled by our own team. Nothing to source, nothing to coordinate between vendors who have never worked together.

Pricing

How Non-Profit Pricing Works

Room rates start where the space cards above show. Everything beyond the room is quoted to your event, so send us your date, your room, and a rough guest count and our events team comes back with a full quote within one business day.

Date and Day of Week
Fridays, Sundays, and weekdays carry lower demand than Saturdays, with the widest gap outside peak season.
Guest Count and Menu
Food and service scale per person, so headcount and service style move the total more than the room does.
What You Add
Bar service, audio visual, staging, reserved lane time, and extended setup windows each shape the final number.

The Process

From Date Hold to Program Night

01. Inquire and Tour
Send your date and a rough guest count. We confirm what is open and walk you through the rooms in person or on video.
02. Proposal and Hold
You get a written proposal covering room, hours, catering, and anything you add. A signed agreement and deposit lock the date.
03. Planning and Event Day
Menu, floor plan, and timeline are set in the weeks ahead. On the day, our team runs the building so you do not have to.
